Turtle Creek Veterinary Medical Center's fees reflect top quality care by a dedicated, highly trained and professional staff. Our goal is to provide progressive veterinary medical and surgical protocols that provide our patients the excellence of care that they deserve.

A treatment plan outlining the estimated fees can be provided prior to the initiation of any diagnostic work, treatment, surgery or hospitalization upon request. It is our goal to partner with you in providing the best possible care for your pet.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or CareCredit. We do not accept personal or business checks as payment.

Payment Options

Clients requiring credit should obtain this through their bank, credit union or CareCredit. CareCredit is a medical credit company that can provide a quick and easy application process via the internet with approval within minutes. Please use the following link to begin the application process:

Before any pet is admitted for hospitalized care, a treatment plan will be provided by a technician to review the estimated fees. A deposit of up to 100% of the estimated fees may be required prior to your pet's admittance to our hospital. Any remaining balance will be due upon discharge of your pet.
